Returns & Exchanges
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact. Please keep your invoice or proof of purchase handy.

Once your request is approved, we’ll share the return address and shipping instructions. Please note — items sent back without prior approval won’t be accepted.

Damages or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos so we can make it right as soon as possible.

Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items like used pillows, mattresses, or customized products cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get an update via email.
