Thank you for shopping with Roommate. We value your trust in our products and aim to provide the best quality mattresses and pillows.
1. No Return Policy
We do not accept returns on mattresses and pillows once they are sold.
This is due to hygiene and health reasons, as well as the nature of the products.
2. Refund Policy
A refund will only be applicable if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.
To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the damage or defect.
Once verified by our team, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Conditions for Refund
The product must remain unused and in its original packaging at the time of complaint.
Any damage caused due to mishandling, improper use, or normal wear and tear will not be covered.
Refunds are not applicable for:
Change of mind or dislike after purchase
Incorrect size ordered by the customer
